Shipping policy

Shipping takes 2-3 business days. Orders are delivered by The Courier Guy and come with a tracking number. We will email the tracking number to you on request. Please allow 24-hours for tracking to update once you’ve received the email. 

They deliver during 9am - 5pm Mondays - Fridays

M Botha Designs cannot be held responsible for any delays due to courier service.

*we need a telephone number to be able to courier, cannot courier without it.

*we are unable to redirect orders once items has been dispatched.

* our courier partners are open and operating as per normal. Regular cleaning and sanitising is being carried out at all courier depots.

*our courier company is doing contact free drops and are wearing masks for deliveries. You do not have to open the door for your driver.

*courier guy will request the delivery code sent via message to the number provided. Please make sure you have this code to be able to accept your package.
