Shipping policy

Shipping takes 2-3 business days. Orders are delivered by The Courier Guy and come with a tracking number. We will email the tracking number to you on request. Please allow 24-hours for tracking to update once you’ve received the email. 

They deliver during 9am - 5pm Mondays - Fridays

M Botha Designs cannot be held responsible for any delays due to courier service.

*we need a telephone number to be able to courier, cannot courier without it.

*we are unable to redirect orders once items has been dispatched.

*courier guy will request the delivery code sent via message to the number provided. Please make sure you have this code to be able to accept your package.

SUBSCRIPTIONS:

The courier Guy Lockers are used for the subscription (Mossie Mail - Creativity Mailing Club). We use the small locker to be able to offer the cheapest locker option for the mailing club subscription. When ordering other products (M Botha Designs or Mossie products) we suggest placing a separate order to ensure swift delivery of your order as that will be sent with standard courier fees as above.

The mailing club's cut-off date is on the 15th of every month, and Subscriptions will then be sent out from the 20th of each month which will allow you to receive your order in the last week of every month (for South African subscribers).

If you would like to change your locker choice, please note that you won't be able to change your locker within your profile at this stage to accommodate a locker change for subscriptions. Please mail us directly (mossielife.mail@gmail.com or mbothadesigns@gmail.com) with your request so we can change it manually until we are able to supply this feature.
